ok I tried both raw and raw-code onTesting formatting email entries and testing again respectively. It didn't seem to help with the line breaks. I am including the text of the email I sent incase anyone wants to see what I did wrong.

On tumblr I probably reblogged adding nothing (but tags) a hundred times for every post I wrote or replied to. That being said, I think that linking to the original post with the OP's permission might actually be better than reblogging.</p> <p>It eliminates that thing where you see the same post 8 times in a row when people you like are talking. It allows you to be clearer on the difference between directly conversing with the poster and trying to draw the attention of your followers to a post. It brings back Moderators! I didn't realize how much I missed Mods until I read a thread here and someone gently pointed to the community rules. I love access lists, screening, blocking. I do think that communities expressly devoted to linking to good conversations/posts/content are necessary for tumblrians (tumblites? tumblweeds?) transitioning to Dream Width, but I have found that a mix of searching and looking on my circle's profiles for interesting communities yields great results. Sorry if this is unclear I have to type fast to out run my nerves.</p> </cut> An easy substitute for the reblogs is to make a post short post saying "thought this was nifty +Link". </raw-code>
