I wish there was some kind of standard system for bingable/time shift heavy content like podcasts so you could avoid spoilers but share your fandom. Because I am on episode 23 and I /need/ to read people having feelings about Hamid without finding out what happens to him.
My sweet little spell caster was introduced as James Bond, turned out to be a panicky, prissy little prestidigitator, and now he's the groups moral compass. Previously he stood up against the group when they wanted to sacrifice the bad guy minions to Poseidon because he didn't think that just working for baddies warranted the death penalty. In this ep he just stood up to Zolf, his rather frightening boss, because he isn't going to leave the plant-zombie dungeon if there is any chance someone might be alive. He is doing this moments after being revived because he already nearly died down there!
I started listening as something low stakes I could fall asleep to and now I'm going to end up seeking out fic and art. Maybe its the ADHD, I really can't stay a casual fan for long. I am less surprised by my falling into active fandom and more surprised that it isn't Sasha or Zolf I fell for. Between the tragic backstory and how her moral compass apologetically spins I was sure she would be the one I got this attached to. I do love how happy she is whenever she gets a new dagger or gets to blow something up though.
